What is a pet sitter?
First and foremost, a pet sitter is someone who Loves, cherishes and respects all creatures. Secondly, a pet sitter should have a good knowledge of common medical problems and first aid for all species that they care for. In addition, a pet sitter should also be knowledgable in tempermant testing and restraint of species that they care for. The pet sitter should also meet with you and your pet(s) prior to providing services. Lastly, a pet sitter should be bonded and insured for the work that they do.
What does Lynn's Pet Sitting do when visiting my pet?
Take care of all pets in household
Take care of your pet(s) basic needs: food, water and potty.
Simple Health Check: A head to toe exam to ensure your pet’s health in the pet sitter’s absence.
Administer Medication or medical treatment (when required and prescribed by a veterinarian.)
At least 20 minutes of walk/play time
Take Security precautions (rotate lights, open/close blinds)
Bring in Mail/Newspapers/Packages
Take out Garbage
Water Plants (inside and out)
Cleaning as needed
Anything else you need while you are away?
